Recipient members are those individuals or families that have been screened and selected by The Box Project to be matched with a sponsor. The recipient members' optional membership fees go primarily into our emergency fund—so recipient members can also feel the satisfaction of helping others, essentially “paying it forward”. The emergency fund allows us to provide limited financial resources to our recipient families in times of dire emergency—including floods, tornadoes, and other natural disasters, or even for select family emergencies such as special medical equipment for disabled family members. These membership dues also allow the recipients to maintain access to our services even if their sponsor chooses to not renew annual membership.

Recipient membership dues are $10 per year.
